We were delighted to be involved with the Burren Winterage events which were organised by the Burrenbeo Trust.
Burrenbeo Trust visited our school for an ‘Interview with a Burren Farmer’ to enable children to explore the local tradition of Winterage. Children asked questions and shared their thoughts on Winterage!
